Managing Attorney & Director of Operations
Bradley “Brad” Clark brings more than 19 years of legal experience in general practice and
bankruptcy law. He holds a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Political
Science from UC Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the
University of Phoenix.
Brad has served as an attorney in private practice and as Senior Attorney for the Memphis
Housing Authority. He is licensed to practice law in California, Alaska, and Tennessee.
Throughout his career, Brad has also been active in public service and community organizations.
His experience includes service as a judicially appointed Special Master, Discovery Referee in a
class action matter, trustee of the El Dorado County Law Library, and a member of the Planning
Commission in Thorne Bay, Alaska. He has also served as a board member and officer for
several nonprofit organizations in Placerville Ca, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, CASA,
EC3, and New Morning, and previously served as President of MORE and Kiwanis.
Brad is also a father and an avid fisherman—although, unfortunately, he has spent considerably
more time fishing than catching.
