Nedra Annice Fraley Esq.,
Nedra formerly was a California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist. She is retired due to health issues. However, she still takes all the necessary continuing legal education classes to maintain her California State Bar license “active” status and keeps up with the bankruptcy laws and Court decisions.
Nedra is originally from Sacramento, but graduated from high school in Paso Robles, California in 1971. Nedra married Gary Ray Fraley in 1973. Nedra graduated from Brigham Young University earning a double major in both anthropology and archaeology in 1977. After helping Gary through law school and getting moved up to Sacramento, she started University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law when their first child was 6 weeks old.
She graduated in 1984 with a Juris Doctor Degree, shortly before the birth of their second child. Even prior to graduation she had worked for several years in the law office doing much of the drafting of documents for the office. Nedra spends much of her time involved with her 7 grandchildren that live in the Sacramento area, painting and making jewelry. She was a member of Back Country Horsemen of California, where she was trained as a Wilderness Rider and volunteer mounted forest ranger.
She taught seminars on Leave No Trace camping and Gentle Stock Use techniques. The Fraley’s have an additional grandchild and a great-child on the East coast. Additional hobbies and passions are archaeology, reading science fiction, counted cross-stitch and genealogy, not necessarily in that order.
