Breeana Waggoner, Case Analyst for Fraley & Fraley, found her start in the legal field when she interned with the Community Legal Information Center at California State University, Chico. In May 2015, she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree and highest distinction in Criminal Justice. She was awarded the “Paul Persons, Fighting the Good Fight Scholarship,” for her dedication working in the Butte County Jail Law Library, assisting inmates with legal research. In the future she hopes to continue her education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Criminology. As the Case Analyst, she is responsible for preparing clients’ bankruptcy petitions and ensuring that the process is as stress-free as possible for the client. She also spends a significant amount of time assisting the Attorney’s with challenging cases, filing documents with the Court, legal research and motion work.
When she’s not in the office working on cases, you can find her in the garden and tending her chickens. She also enjoys cooking, reading, golfing and spending time with her family.
